What exactly is a Toner?

How to use Toner ?

The use of toner is not any complex or tedious work but a straight forward. 

• First of all, you will soak a cotton or a cotton pad with the Toner.

• Then you will swipe it over your entire face, neck and chest.

If you want to go green and skip cotton pad, you can put drops of the toner in your hand and apply it into your face. Toners can be used in the morning and the night. If you have a dry or irritated skin then use toners once a day.
